Hadley Walts is 14 years old and a dancer from Indiana. Hadley was a season 1 contestant on Abby's Ultimate Dance Competition.
Profile
Hadley was enrolled in dance thanks to her mother's dance background. Hadley's favorite style to perform is high energy jazz becuase she likes to be sassy on stage and her favorite style to watch is lyrical becuase it is a beautiful style of dance. If she wins the $100,000, then it would be saved for college. If she doesn't end up dancing professionally, she would like to become an ophthamologist.
On Abby's Ultimate Dance Competition
Hadley competed in Abby's Ultimate Dance Competition. She made it past the final casting audition and week 1 with her trio with Zack and Madison. Hadley stood out in week 2 to the judges in her trio. In week 3, Lexine chose Hadley as a duet partner becuase she was at the top. Hadley teamed up with Jordyn for the week 4 and was criticized on some mistakes. Week 5 was a massive week for Hadley. Hadley won the challenge and was allowed to choose the assignments for all the dancers. Hadley and her mother chose to put Elisabeth and Amanda in hip-hop, which isn't their forte and give Asia a solo. However Hadley took the solo, but Abby call it 'roadkill' in response. This comment haunted Hadley into week 6 but she was still saved. Hadley was eliminated in week seven but returned for the finale.
Post AUDC
Hadley joined Dance Moms and joined the Apple Core team while Abby was filming AUDC Season 2. Hadley performed with them for several weeks and her mother helped with choreography several times though their stay. Hadley has since returned to dancing back in her home state.
On Dance Moms
Hadley and her studio (THR!VE) competed against the new Abby Lee Dance Company team. Hadley changed after AUDC. She seems to have lost confidence and is still haunted by the famous 'roadkill' comment. Hadley competes with a high energy solo and group, she gets 2nd with her solo but wins with the group. Hadley joins Cathy's Candy Apples and performs with them on a regular basis with her mother Yvette assisting Cathy in choreography. Hadley has been absent for many weeks and it can be assumed that Hadley has left CADC.
