Welcome to the Abby's Ultimate Dance Competition Wiki

Starring the formidable dance teacher Abby Lee Miller, from Lifetime's hit TV show Dance Moms, this new series aims at discovering the next young dance star.

Judged by Abby Lee Miller, founder of the pussycat dolls Robin Antin and celebrity choreographer Richard Jackson (Lady Gaga's Marry the Night) this new competition show features a dozen promising girl and boy dancers -- ages 6 through 13 -- competing for a $100,000 cash prize and a scholarship to the Young Dancer Program at the Joffrey Ballet School in New York.

Taking ideas from Miller's original Dance Moms series, the dancers will be coached by their often highly competitive and determined mothers, who make decisions regarding costumes, music, training and choreography. Again taking elements from Dance Moms, the 12 dancers have to learn a new routine every week and compete it before the three judges and a live audience at the Los Angeles theatre. At the end of every episode, one dancer is sent home.
